To keep shipping prices reasonable, i usually default to shipping by lettermail, which is not tracked. If you'd like to pay extra to have your order tracked, select this shipping option, or contact me for more info.

While this has only happened a few times in the 5 years we've been selling online, it is a possibility.

If the buyer has provided the correct address and the item is under $20, we will try a second time to ship the order if the buyer pays the second round of shipping and if we have more of that item in stock. Before doing this, we usually give the order an extra week to arrive.

If an incorrect address has been provided, the buyer will have to wait until the order is returned to us (this can take up to a month or two) and pay shipping a second time to have it shipped to the correct address.
